We want you to find the right protection products for the watches and handbags you treasure. If you need to make a return or experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. If items from the same order are delivered separately, the 30-day period begins on the date the final item is delivered.

To qualify under our voluntary returns policy, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and unapplied, and the protective film must not have been removed from its release liner.

  • The item and all accessories included in the kit must be complete and must not have been damaged through use or improper storage.

  • You must provide your order number or other valid proof of purchase.

  • Please return the item in its original packaging wherever possible. If the original packaging is no longer available, use suitable packaging that provides adequate protection during transit.

These conditions do not limit any statutory right of withdrawal or any legal rights you may have in relation to defective goods. Opening the packaging as reasonably necessary to inspect the item does not automatically cause you to lose your statutory right of withdrawal.

We do not charge a restocking fee. Sale items are also covered by this policy.

Model & Fit Confirmation

ZXOXR protective films are designed for specific watch models or specific hardware areas of a handbag. Before placing your order, please carefully check the model, size, coverage and kit contents shown on the product page.

If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your watch or handbag, please contact us before ordering.

This website sells protective films and related care accessories only. Watches and handbags shown in product images are not included unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.

If you select the wrong model, you may request a return under our change-of-mind return process. If the item does not match the compatibility information we clearly provided, please contact us and report it as a product issue.

How to Request a Return

Email zxoxrwatch@gmail.com and provide:

  • Your order number or other proof of purchase.

  • The name and quantity of the item or items you wish to return.

  • A clear statement that you wish to return the item or exercise your right of withdrawal.

If the item is damaged, defective or does not fit as described, please include a brief explanation and clear photographs wherever possible. This will help us understand the issue more quickly.

We will reply with return instructions and confirm the return details and responsibility for shipping costs. When returning the item, please include your order number inside the parcel and package the item securely.

Please send the item back within 14 days after giving notice of your return or withdrawal, unless we agree to extend the period or tell you that the item does not need to be returned. A valid statutory notice of withdrawal does not depend on our review or approval.

Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, selected the wrong model or for another personal reason, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to China. The actual cost will depend on the carrier you choose, the location from which you send the parcel, and the parcel’s size and weight.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining your proof of postage and tracking number so that the return can be traced and confirmed.

If a return is required because the item is defective, incorrect or not as described, we will arrange or cover the necessary and reasonable return shipping costs. Please contact us first to confirm how the return will be handled.

For change-of-mind returns, any delivery charge originally paid for the order is generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law, where the EU or UK statutory right of withdrawal described below applies, or where the return is due to an error on our part. If the original order qualified for free shipping, we will not deduct the original outbound shipping cost from your refund.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described, contact us as soon as possible at zxoxrwatch@gmail.com.

Depending on the circumstances, we will work with you to arrange a replacement, exchange, refund or another appropriate solution, while respecting any choices available to you under applicable law.

Photographs can help us verify an issue, but the absence of an unboxing video or a temporary inability to provide photographs does not automatically exclude any rights or remedies you may have under applicable law.

The 30-day voluntary return period in this policy does not limit any legal rights you may have in relation to defective goods.

Refunds

We will review the return promptly and notify you of the outcome by email. Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Where permitted by law and expressly agreed by you, another refund method may be used.

We will issue refunds within the time limits required by applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the refund in your account.

If you have received confirmation that a refund was issued but it has not appeared in your account, please contact your bank or payment provider first. You may also contact us at the email address above for assistance.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal for EU and UK Consumers

If you are an EU or UK consumer with a statutory right of withdrawal, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving the item that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. If items from the same order are delivered separately, this period begins on the date the final item is delivered. You may also notify us that you wish to withdraw before the item is delivered.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to send the item back, unless we agree to extend the period or tell you that the item does not need to be returned.

If you exercise this statutory right of withdrawal for the entire order, we will refund the amount paid for the returned goods and the standard delivery cost originally charged for the order. We are not required to refund any additional cost resulting from your choice of an expedited or more expensive delivery method. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping for a change-of-mind withdrawal.

We will issue any refund required by law within 14 calendar days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. Where permitted by law, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or valid evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

You may inspect an item to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. If handling beyond what is necessary causes an actual reduction in the item’s value, we will make a deduction only to the extent permitted by law and will explain the basis for that deduction.

A protective film selected from the standard models or options available on our website will not automatically be treated as a personalised or custom-made item excluded from the right of withdrawal solely because it is cut to order.

International Orders, Duties & Refused Delivery

If you are considering refusing a parcel because of customs duties, import taxes or clearance requirements, please contact us promptly so that we can discuss the available options.

Refusing a parcel by itself may not constitute valid notice of a return or withdrawal. You must also clearly notify us of your intention.

Any refund and the treatment of costs actually incurred will be determined by the terms disclosed before purchase and by applicable law. We will not automatically deduct 30% of the purchase price solely because an international parcel is returned, nor will we pass on costs caused by an error on our part.
